On November 7th, 2012 at approximately 2:09 AM a deputy with the Callaway Sheriff Office conducted a traffic stop on County Road 482 near State Road AA outside of Holts Summit. The deputy made contact with the driver and identified her as Lindsey Duncan. Also present in the vehicle was a white male who the deputy knew to be Bryce Vittetoe and knew that there were warrants for his arrest. Vittetoe provided a false name and took off running. After a lengthy foot pursuit Vittetoe was arrested and allegedly found to be in possession of methamphetamine and three prescription pills.
The driver, Duncan, also fled the scene and was not located. Duncan has a Cole County warrant for her arrest and has pending charges for resisting arrest and driving while suspended.
