Ryan English, 16, Auxvasse, MO

On December 13, 2022, in Callaway County (13th) Court (Division 7); Ryan English, 16, of Auxvasse, MO was certified as an adult.  Subsequently thereafter, a criminal warrant was issued for English concerning numerous felony charges including Robbery, Armed Criminal Action, Unlawful Use of a Weapon and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.  The charges are the result of an armed robbery investigation conducted by the Callaway County Sheriff's Office at the Auxvasse City Park on September 8, 2022.  English was arrested, booked/processed at the Callaway County Jail and transferred to a juvenile detention facility (as required by state law). 

Jacob Abbott, 32, Cuba, MO

On December 12, 2022, at 1:04 PM, Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputies, assisted by the Holts Summit Police Department and Missouri State Highway Patrol, conducted an investigation in Holts Summit.  During the course of the investigation; Jacob Abbott, 32, of Cuba, MO was found hiding in a residence.  Abbott had fled from a Holts Summit officer the day prior.  Abbott was subsequently arrested for numerous Cole County felony warrants for charges including Stealing, Receiving Stolen Property, Delivery of a Controlled Substance and Resisting Arrest.  Abbott was booked/processed at the Callaway County Jail and later transferred to the Cole County Jail. 

 

On December 11, 2022, at 8:04 PM, Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputies conducted an investigation in the State Road C area near Mokane.  During the course of the investigation; Lauren Hollowelll, 28, of Mokane, MO was arrested for (felony) Burglary.  Hollowell was booked/processed at the Callaway County Jail and later released with summons for Court appearance.

Arthur Allen, 48, Holts Summit, MO

On December 11, 2022, at 1:30 AM, Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputies conducted an investigation in the area of County Road 391.  During the course of the investigation; Arthur Allen, 48, of Holts Summit, MO was arrested for (felony) Burglary, Property Damage and Violation of a Protection Order.  Allen was booked/processed at the Callaway County Jail and remains in-custody pending bond post.

Mitchell Fox, 26, Holts Summit, MO

On December 9, 2022, Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputies conducted an investigation in the Holts Summit area.  As a result of the investigation; Mitchell Fox, 26, of Holts Summit, MO was arrested for the felony charges of Rape/Attempted Rape, Sodomy/Attempted Sodomy, Unlawful Use of a Weapon and Assault.  Fox was booked/processed at the Callaway County Jail and remains in-custody, without bond, per Court Order.

Jared Evans, 34, Kingdom City, MO

On December 9, 2022, at 11:53 AM, Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputies conducted an investigation in the 3000 block of Gold Road, Kingdom City.  During the course of the investigation, deputies arrested Jared Evans, 34, of Kingdom City, MO.  Evans was wanted reference a Callaway County warrant for Felony Assault and Resisting Arrest.  Evans was booked/processed at the Callaway County Jail and remains in-custody, without bond per Court Order.

Brittney Otto, 29, Jefferson City, MO

On December 8, 2022, at 7:25 PM, Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputies conducted an investigation in the area of South Summit Drive near Holts Summit.  During the course of the investigation, deputies arrested Brittney Otto, 29, of Jefferson City, MO reference a Cole County warrant for Felony Stealing (probation violation).  Otto was transported to the Cole County Jail. 

Dennis Gallatin, 71, Holts Summit, MO

On December 6, 2022, Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputies conducted an investigation in the Holts Summit area.  As a result of the investigation, the Callaway County Prosecuting Attorney charged Dennis Gallatin, 71, of Holts Summit with felony Statutory Sodomy.  Gallatin was booked/processed at the Callaway County Jail and remains in-custody, without bond, per Court Order.

Tylor Hackmann, 36, New Bloomfield, MO

On December 4, 2022, at 9:50 AM, Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputies conducted an investigation in the area of County Road 436 near New Bloomfield.   As the result of the investigation; Tylor Hackmann, 36, of New Bloomfield, MO was arrested reference a Callaway County warrant for Felony Stealing and Forgery.  The warrant had been issued as the result of an ongoing Sheriff's Office investigation.  Hackmann was booked/processed at the Callaway County Jail and later posted bond.

John Bias, 51, Columbia, MO

On December 2, 2022, at 10:24 PM, Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputies and Missouri State Highway Patrol troopers conducted an investigation in the 3000 block of Gold Road, Kingdom City.  During the course of the investigation, officers located John Bias, 51, of Columbia, MO.  Bias was wanted reference a Phelps County warrant for (felony) Statutory Sodomy.  Bias was arrested, booked/processed at the Callaway County Jail and later transferred to the custody of the Phelps County Jail. 

Daniel Foreman, 35, Auxvasse, MO

On December 2, 2022, at 6:39 PM, a Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputy was proactively patrolling the area of State Road BB and US Highway 54.  During the course of the proactive patrol, the deputy attempted to stop Daniel Foreman, 35, of Auxvasse, MO for a traffic violation.  Foreman led the deputy, and other assisting law enforcement officers, on a 37 minute pursuit traveling numerous state and county roadways including, but not limited to: US Highway 54, CR 110, CR 121, CR 118, State Road Z, State Road A, CR 154, CR 183, CR 1006 and State Road B.  Once entering Montgomery County on State Road B, where Montgomery County Sheriff's Office deputies were awaiting, Foreman drove off State Road B a considerable distance through a field before crashing his vehicle over an embankment.  Foreman fled from the vehicle on foot and was captured by a Callaway County deputy.  Upon Foreman being arrested, it was determined he was wanted reference felony Cole and Cooper County warrants for felony drug offenses.  Additionally, at the time of this incident, Foreman was under the supervision of the Missouri Board of Probation Parole. Foreman was later returned to custody of the Missouri Department of Corrections (MDOC) for state parole violations. 

John Belisle, 44, Williamsburg, MO

On December 1, 2022, at 2:38 PM, a Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputy was proactively patrolling State Road UU.  During the proactive patrol; the deputy stopped a vehicle and identified John Belisle, 44, as a vehicle passenger.  Belisle was wanted reference a felony Callaway County warrant for Fail to Register as a Sex Offender (FTRSO).  Belisle armed himself with a knife and a stand-off ensued.  Upon the arrival of additional deputies, a deputy used as a less lethal weapon and struck Belisle, disarming him of the knife.  Belisle was arrested, booked/processed at the Callaway County Jail and remains in-custody, without bond per Court Order, for numerous felony offenses including FTRSO, Resisting Arrest and Possession of a Controlled Substance. 

Lauren Hollowell, 28, Mokane, MO

On December 1, 2022, at 8:27 AM, Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputies conducted an investigation in the area of State Road O.  During the course of the investigation, Lauren Hollowell, 28, of Mokane, MO was arrested for (felony) Forgery.  Hollowell was booked/processed at the Callaway County Jail and later released with summons for Court appearance.

Eric Hollowell, 53, Mokane, MO

On November 30, 2022, at 9:10 PM, Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputies conducted an investigation in the State Road C area near Hams Prairie.  As a result of that investigation, on December 1, 2022, Eric Hollowell, 53, of Mokane, MO was arrested for the felony offenses of Delivery of a Controlled Substance, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Tampering with Evidence and Forgery.  Hollowell was booked/processed at the Callaway County Jail and later transferred to the custody of the Missouri Department of Corrections (MDOC) for state parole violations.

William Durst, 31, Fulton, MO

On November 28, 2022, at 2:45 PM, Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputies conducted an investigation in Fulton.  During the course of the investigation, William Durst, 31, of Fulton, MO was arrested reference a Missouri Department of Corrections (MDOC) probation violation warrant.  Durst was booked/processed at the Callaway County Jail and later transferred to the Lafeyette County Jail. 

Terry Butner, 40, Williamsburg, MO

On November 27, 2022, at 11:57 AM, Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputies conducted an investigation in the State Road D area.  During the course of the investigation, Terry Butner, 40, of Williamsburg, MO was arrested for (felony) Stalking 1st.  Butner was booked/processed at the Callaway County Jail and later posted bond.

Shawn Sullivan, 32, Holts Summit, MO

On November 26, 2022, at 9:08 PM, Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputies conducted an investigation in the area of County Road 4039 near Holts Summit.  During the course of the investigation, deputies encountered Shawn Sullivan, 32, of Holts Summit, MO.  Sullivan subsequently assaulted a Callaway County deputy.  Once being taken into custody, it was determined Sullivan was a wanted fugitive in the State of Texas for evading arrest.  Sulilvan was booked/processed at the Callaway County Jail and remains in-custody without bond, per Court Order, for both Callaway County and State of Texas charges.

Patrick Buttler, 37, Auburn, IL

On November 25, 2022, at 7:03 PM, Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputies conducted an investigation in the area of County Road 428 near Steedman.  During the course of the investigation, deputies encountered Patrick Butler, 37, of Auburn, IL.  Butler was a wanted fugitive in the State of Illinois with numerous felony warrants for charges including Disarming a Police Officer, Resisting, Assault and Tampering.  Butler fled from deputies on foot, leading to CCSO K9 Iro being deployed in pursuit.  Deputies and K9 Iro subsequently captured and took Butler into custody.  The vehicle and camper that Butler possessed were both found to be stolen (truck stolen from Springfield, IL; camper stolen from Jefferson City, MO).  Butler was booked/processed at the Callaway County Jail and remains in-custody without bond, per Court Order, for both Callaway County and State of Illinois charges.
