Wendy Kent, 41, Kingdom City, MO

On October 10, 2023, at approximately 10:20 PM, deputies conducted a traffic stop in Kingdom City on a Saturn reported stolen out of Macon County. During the investigation, Wendy Kent, 41, of Kingdom City, was arrested. A search of the vehicle revealed a controlled substance (Clonazepam). Kent was arrested for Tampering with a Motor Vehicle, Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Driving While Revoked.  Formal charges were filed against Kent, and a Judge set a bond of $10,000, which she later posted.

Gladys Allen, 54, Fulton, MO

On October 16, 2023, at approximately 2:31 PM, deputies conducted an investigation in the 5100 block of County Road 2002 outside of Auxvasse. During this investigation, deputies arrested Gladys Allen, 54, of Fulton, for a Callaway County Probation Violation warrant stemming from an original charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance.

Joseph Smith, 36, Fulton, MO

On October 17, 2023, at approximately 12:51 PM deputies conducted an investigation in the Green Meadows trailer park outside of Fulton. During this investigation, deputies arrested Joseph Smith, 36, of Fulton, for a Callaway County Probation Violation warrant stemming from an original charge of Failure to Register as a Sex Offender. Smith was subsequently released to the Callaway County Jail on a bond of $15,000 cash only.

John Dreyer, 57, Fulton, MO

On October 20, 2023, the Callaway County Prosecutor's Office filed charges of Sodomy 2nd (two counts) and Tampering with a Victim in a Felony Prosecution against John Dreyer, 67, of Fulton. These charges were filed after a lengthy investigation by the Callaway County Sheriff's Office during which a 17-year-old male victim reported being sexually assaulted multiple times in various locations in Callaway County.  Dreyer later posted a bond of $75,000 surety. Haley Wekenborg, 28, Holts Summit, MO

On October 31, 2023, at approximately 8:30 PM, deputies conducted an investigation in the 3000 block of State Road AA. During the investigation, deputies located Haley Wekenborg, 28, of Holts Summit, who was known to have a NO BOND Cole County warrant for Trafficking Drugs. Wekenborg was subsequently transported to the Callaway County Jail, where she was later released to the custody of Cole County.

On October 31, 2023, deputies conducted Sex Offender compliance checks for Halloween. During one of these checks, it was determined that Kade May, 25, of Fulton, had moved out from a residence on Tucker Lane without notifying the Sheriff's Office as required by state law. On November 8, 2023, May was interviewed and subsequently arrested for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender.

Daniel Sewell, 46, Fulton, MO

In October 2023, a Callaway County resident reported being defrauded by Daniel Sewell, 46, of Fulton. The victim had hired Sewell to complete work at a residence outside Fulton. During the investigation, it was determined that Sewell was deceptive about the necessary work and fabricated invoices for services that were never completed.  On November 1, 2023, deputies located Sewell, who admitted to invoicing the victim for work that he never performed. Sewell was subsequently arrested for Stealing over $750 and Deceptive Business Practice.

Jessica Iasello, 41, St Charles, MO

On November 1, 2023, at approximately 6:21 PM, Jessica Iasello was arrested after a vehicle pursuit on US Highway 54 from Fulton to the North Callaway Bus Barn. Multiple callers reported Iasello driving at over 100 MPH from Jefferson City. Iasello was released on summons for Resisting Arrest (Felony), Speeding, and Failure to Yield to an emergency vehicle. She was then taken to a local hospital.

Heather Lynes, 39, Columbia, MO

On November 3, 2023, at 8:19 PM, deputies conducted an investigation into a suspicious incident in the 5100 block of County Road 2002. During the course of the investigation, Heather Lynes, 39, of Columbia, was arrested for an Audrain County warrant for Possession of a Controlled Substance with a bond set at $1500 cash only. Subsequently, Lynes was transported to the Audrain County Jail and later released.

Johnny Laxson, 53, Moberly, MO

On November 4, 2023, at approximately 8:00 PM, deputies conducted an investigation into a report of a dog that had been shot on Kelsch Lane. During the investigation, Johnny Laxson, 53, of Moberly, was contacted. It was discovered that Laxson had multiple prior felony convictions for felony assault and distribution of a controlled substance. A search of Laxson's residence yielded the recovery of multiple firearms.  Laxson was subsequently arrested for Unlawful Possession of a Firearm and later posted bond.

On November 6, 2023, at approximately 3:00 PM, deputies received notification from the United States Marshal's Service about a federal arrest warrant issued for Soumana Alzouma for passport fraud. The information indicated that Alzouma could be armed and might be in the Callaway County area.  At approximately 6:49 PM, deputies successfully located Alzouma in a vehicle at a business in Kingdom City. Without incident, he was taken into custody and later released to Federal authorities.

Shawn Weber, 33, Fulton, MO

On November 6, 2023, Callaway County investigators conducted an investigation into Shawn Weber, 33, of Fulton. The investigation was prompted by a report that a female juvenile, under the age of 15, had received sexually explicit photos and text messages from Weber, who was also attempting to coerce the juvenile into meeting him.  Following the investigation, Weber was located and arrested on charges of Enticement Of A Child (actor 21 Years Of Age Or Older And Child Less Than 15 Years Of Age), Tamper Or Attempt To Tamper With A Victim In A Felony Prosecution, and Tampering With Physical Evidence. Formal charges were filed against Weber, and a bond was set at $15,000.

On November 7, 2023, at approximately 12:25 AM, deputies conducted an investigation into a reported harassment incident involving threats to kill the victim. During the investigation, with assistance from the Jefferson City Police Department, James Strange, 46, of Jefferson City, was located and arrested for Harassment. Formal charges were filed against Strange, and he ultimately posted a bond of $10,000 surety.

Logan Moriarity, 25, Portland, MO

On November 8, 2023, at approximately 3:43 PM, deputies arrived in the 5600 block of Highway 94 to arrest Logan Moriarity, 25, of Portland. Previously, deputies had conducted a lengthy investigation into the theft of a tractor from a residence in Portland. The investigation revealed that Moriarity had borrowed a tractor and, when instructed to return the tractor, did not return the original one. Instead, Moriarity returned a different model of tractor, falsely claiming it was the same one. Moriarity was subsequently released to the Jail staff on a summons for Stealing a Motor Vehicle and Stealing $750 or more.

Mark Strahl, 38, Fulton, MO

On November 10, 2023, at approximately 6:30 AM, deputies responded to Kingdom City for a reported stealing from a vehicle. In the course of the investigation, Mark Strahl, 38, of Fulton, was encountered. Probable cause was established to arrest Strahl for stealing, during which he resisted arrest, leading to the use of a Taser and OC spray. A subsequent search of Strahl's property revealed methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia, and a loaded pistol. Strahl was arrested on charges including stealing, Resisting Arrest for a Felony, Unlawful Use of a Weapon, Unlawful Possession of a Firearm, Possession of a Controlled Substance, and other related charges. He was released to the Jail staff on NO BOND. Formal charges were later filed against Strahl, and he remains in custody on a bond of $50,000 surety.  Later in the afternoon, deputies had to respond to the Jail when Strahl became combative and threatened Jail staff. Multiple deputies had to extract Strahl from his cell, during which a deputy was assaulted by Strahl.

Kimberly Cochran, 56, Fulton, MO

On November 12, 2023, deputies undertook a child endangerment investigation concerning a female juvenile. Following the investigation, deputies established probable cause to arrest John Cochran, 59, and Kimberly Cochran, 56, both of Fulton, on charges of Child Endangerment 1st (Felony). Subsequently, both individuals were transported to the Callaway County Jail and later released on a summons.

On November 13, 2023, at approximately 12:30 AM, deputies conducted a traffic stop on Highway 54 near State Road HH. During the stop, probable cause was established to search the vehicle. The subsequent search uncovered methamphetamine, heroin, Xanax, Klonopin, and other controlled substances. As a result of the findings, deputies arrested Dominic Barber, 22, of Columbia, Jazmine Gooldy, 24, of Louisiana, Missouri, and Vivian Noland, 25, of Columbia, on charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Joseph Wyatt, 35, Auxvasse, MO

On November 15, 2023 at approximately 5:35 AM deputies investigated a reported suspicious vehicle in Kingdom City. During the investigation deputies contacted Joseph Wyatt, 35 of Auxvasse, and during a search of Wyatt's vehicle approximately 10 grams of methamphetamine were located. Wyatt was arrested for Delivery of a Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Wyatt was released to the Jail where he posted a bond of $5000.
