Harley Mantle, 39, of Fulton, MO

On February 22, 2022, at 3:10 PM, a Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputy was proactively patrolling the Kingdom City area.  During the course of the patrol, the deputy located Harley Mantle, 39, of Fulton, MO.  Mantle was wanted reference a Missouri Department of Corrections felony probation violation warrant.  Mantle was arrested, booked/processed at the Callaway County Jail and remains in-custody without bond, pending further Court action.

 

Jerry Friend, 39, of Fulton, MO

On February 22, 2022, at 12:26 AM, Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputies conducted an investigation in the State Road O area.  During the course of the investigation, deputies contacted Jerry Friend, 39, of Fulton, MO.  Friend was wanted reference a felony Missouri Department of Corrections (MDOC) warrant for state parole violations.  Friend was booked/processed at the Callaway County Jail and later transferred to MDOC custody.

 

Cassandra Albright, 25, of Fulton, MO

On February 21, 2022, at 3:35 AM, Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputies conducted an investigation in the area of County Road 220.  During the course of the investigation, methamphetamine was located.  Cassandra Albright, 25, of Kingdom City, MO was arrested.  Albright was booked/processed at the Callaway County Jail for Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance.  Albright remains in-custody pending bond post.

 

Matthew Hoppe, 47, of Columbia, MO

On February 21, 2022, at 1:26 AM, Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputies were notified of a vehicle pursuit along eastbound Interstate 70 from Columbia, involving the Boone County Sheriff's Office.  Near the Interstate 70 - State Road M/HH interchange west of Kingdom City, Callaway County deputies became involved.  The pursuit ultimately traveled northbound on State Road M, east on State Road E, and then north onto County Road 245.  Near County Road 2002, Callaway County deputies assumed primary lead in the pursuit.  Ultimately, the pursuit entered Audrain County and traveled several county roads.  The vehicle ultimately crashed and the driver, identified as Matthew Hoppe, 47, of Columbia, MO fled on foot.  With the assistance of a Callaway County Sheriff's Office K9 unit (K9 IRO) and a Callaway County Sheriff's Office UAS (drone) operator, Hoppe was located hiding in a field.  Hoppe was taken into custody and released to the custody of Boone County Sheriff's Office deputies.

 

Sunshine Scott, 44, of Holts Summit, MO

Issac Carey, 43, of Holts Summit, MO

On February 15, 2022, at 8:44 PM, Callaway County Sheriff's Office (CCSO) deputies, in conjunction with the MUSTANG drug task force and CCSO Special Response Team, executed a drug related search warrant in the 900 block of South Summit Drive near Holts Summit.  The search warrant had been obtained as the result of an ongoing Sheriff's Office felony drug investigation.  Subsequently, methamphetamine and other felony level drugs were located.  Sunshine Scott, 44, of Holts Summit, MO and Isaac Carey, 43, of Holts Summit, MO were arrested for Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance.  Both later posted bond at the Callaway County Jail.

 

Daryl Lincoln, 66, of O'Fallon, MO

On February 15, 2022, at 9:45 AM, Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputies arrested Daryl Lincoln Sr., 66, of O'Fallon, MO for (felony) Stalking 1st.  The arrest was the result of an ongoing Sheriff's Office investigation in the Williamsburg and Fulton areas.  Lincoln later posted bond at the Callaway County Jail.

 

Christopher Campbell, 29, of Jefferson City, MO

On February 15, 2022, at 12:37 AM, Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputies investigated a burglary offense in the State Road OO area near Holts Summit.  As a result of the investigation; Christopher Campbell, 29, of Jefferson City, MO was arrested for (felony) Burglary.  Campbell later posted bond at the Callaway County Jail.  The Cole County Sheriff's Office assisted with the investigation.

 

Aaron Raps, 32, of Holts Summit, MO

On February 14, 2022, at 9:58 AM, Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputies followed-up on a criminal investigation in the Holts Summit area.  During the course of the investigation; Aaron Raps, 32, of Holts Summit, MO was arrested for (felony) Assault and Felony Tampering with a Victim/Witness.  Raps was booked/processed at the Callaway County Jail where he remains in-custody, without bond, pending later Court bond review and setting.

 

Thomas Seay, 34, of Fulton, MO

Tiffany Littrell, 31, of Fulton, MO

(JUVENILE), 17, of Fulton, MO

On February 14, 2022, at 12:06 AM, Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputies investigation a vehicle theft offense in the area of State Road NN.  During the course of the investigation; Thomas Seay, 34, of Fulton, MO; Tiffany Littrell, 31, of Fulton, MO; and a 17 year old juvenile were arrested for Stealing a Motor Vehicle.  Seay remains in-custody at the Callaway County Jail without bond, pending later Court bond review and setting.  Littrell posted bond.  The juvenile was relinquished to the custody of 13th Circuit Juvenile Office authorities.

 

Charlie Walters, 44, of California, MO

On February 11, 2022, at 1:44 PM, a Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputy was proactively patrolling the State Road J area near New Bloomfield.  During the course of the proactive patrol, the deputy spotted a vehicle associated with Charlie Walters, 44, of California, MO.  Walters was wanted reference numerous Cole County and Moniteau County felony warrants for offenses including; but not limited to:  Stealing, Escape, Possession of a Controlled Substance and Resisting Arrest.  The vehicle was stopped, resulting in Walters being located and arrested.  Walters was transported to the Cole County Jail.

 

Holli Burgess, 52, of Fulton, MO

Eugene Vlad, 31, of Fulton, MO

On February 10, 2022, at 8:52 AM, Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputies arrested Eugene Vlad, 31, of Fulton, MO for the felony offenses of Rape and Sodomy.  The arrest was the result of an ongoing investigation in the Millersburg and Fulton area.  Vlad was booked/processed at the Callaway County Jail and later posted bond.

 

Carol Birky-Stewart, 58, of Fulton, MO

On February 8, 2022, at 11:14 AM, a Callaway County Sheriff's Office K9 unit was proactively patrolling State Road F. During the course of the proactive patrol; Carol Birky-Stewart, 58, of Fulton, MO was stopped for a traffic violation.  Subsequently, Birky-Stewart was arrested for Felony Unlawful Possession of a Firearm.  Birky-Stewart was booked/processed at the Callaway County Jail and later released with summons for Court appearance.

 

Jason Stack, 45, of Fulton, MO

Timothy Johnson, 46, of Williamsburg, MO

On February 7, 2022, at 10:34 AM, Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputies conducted a stealing investigation (involving the theft of catalytic converters from vehicles) in the State Road HH area.  As a result of the investigation; Jason Stack, 45, of Fulton, MO was arrested for Felony Stealing and Felony Property Damage.  Timothy Johnson, 46, of Williamsburg, MO was arrested for Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance.  Both were booked/processed at the Callaway County Jail and later released upon bond posting.

 

Dylan McGrath, 24, of Columbia, MO

On February 6, 2022, at 7:17 PM, Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputies conducted an investigation near Old Highway 40, adjacent to the Boone County line.  During the course of the investigation, methamphetamine was discovered.  Dylan McGrath, 24, of Columbia, MO was arrested for Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance, in addition to an outstanding Callaway County warrant.  McGrath remains in-custody at the Callaway County Jail pending bond post.

 

Latasia Cowans, 36, of Fulton, MO

On February 4, 2022, at 3:53 PM, a Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputy was proactively patrolling the State Road O area.  During the course of the proactive patrol, the deputy stopped Latasia Cowans, 36, of Fulton, MO for a traffic violation.  Methamphetamine was subsequently discovered.  Cowans was arrested for Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance, booked/processed at the Callaway County Jail, and later posted bond.

Thomas Todd, 38, of Kingdom City, MO

On February 1, 2022, at 9:44 AM, Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputies investigated a residential burglary offense, including the theft of a motor vehicle and firearms, in the County Road 405 area.  As the result of a subsequent criminal investigation; Thomas (Tommy) Todd, 38, of Kingdom City, MO was arrested for the felony offenses of Burglary, Tampering with a Motor Vehicle, Stealing, and Unlawful Possession of a Firearm.  Todd later posted bond. 

 

Terrance Smith, 40, of Fulton, MO

On January 31, 2022, at 3:51 PM, Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputies conducted an investigation in the 3000 block of Gold Road, Kingdom City.  During the course of the investigation, deputies arrested Terrance Smith, 40, of Fulton, MO reference numerous felony warrants; namely, a Missouri Department of Corrections (MDOC) warrant for state parole violation, a Callaway County warrant for Possession of a Controlled Substance, and a Clay County warrant for Non-Support.  Additionally, Smith was arrested for a felony stealing offense at a local Kingdom City business.  Smith was booked/processed at the Callaway County Jail and later transferred to the custody of MDOC.

 

Phillip Ward, 46, of Kingdom City, MO

On January 31, 2022, at 11:06 AM, Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputies conducted an investigation in the 3000 block of Gold Road, Kingdom City.  During the course of the investigation, deputies located Phillip Ward, 46, of Kingdom City, MO.  Ward was wanted reference a Callaway County warrant for Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance.  Ward was arrested, booked/processed at the Callaway County Jail, and later posted bond.

 

Lauren Conatser, 27, of Columbia, MO

On January 30, 2022, at 7:58 PM, Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputies conducted a felony stealing investigation in the Mokane area.  As a result of the investigation; Lauren Conatser, 27, of Columbia, MO was arrested for Felony Stealing.  Conatser was booked/processed at the Callaway County Jail and later released with summons for Court appearance.

 

Janine Trubiano, 55, of Kingdom City, MO

On January 29, 2022, at 5:09 PM, a Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputy was proactively patrolling the 5000 block of Jade Road.  During the proactive patrol; Janine Trubiano, 55, of Kingdom City, MO was stopped for a traffic violation.  Methamphetamine was subsequently discovered.  Trubiano was arrested, booked/processed at the Callaway County Jail, and later released with summons for Court appearance.
