Robert Gibson, 49, Columbia, MO

On October 31, 2022, at 6:35 AM, Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputies - assisted by the Fulton Police Department and the MUSTANG drug task force - executed a Callaway County drug search warrant at a residence on County Road 276.  The search warrant had been obtained as the result of an ongoing Sheriff's Office drug investigation.  Methamphetamine and other felony level controlled substances were located.  Robert Gibson, 47, of Columbia, MO was arrested for Felony Delivery of a Controlled Substance and Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance.  Gibson remains in the Callaway County jail pending bond post.

Bradley Laughlin, 41. Mokane, MO

On October 31, 2022, at 1:15 AM, a Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputy was proactively patrolling the County Road 479 area.  During the patrol, the deputy had contact with Bradley Laughin, 41, of Mokane, MO.  Methamphetamine and a second felony level controlled substance was located.  Laughlin was booked/processed at the Callaway County Jail for Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance and later released with summons for Court appearance.

Timothy Michalek, 22, Fulton, MO

On October 30, 2022, at 8:56 AM, Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputies conducted an investigation in the 3000 block of Gold Road.  During the course of the investigation; Timothy Michalek, 22, of Fulton, MO was arrested reference numerous felony Callaway County and Boone County warrants for charges including Tampering with a Motor Vehicle, Stealing a Motor Vehicle and Forgery.  Michalek was booked/processed at the Callaway County Jail and remains in-custody pending bond post.

Christopher Davidson, 51, Columbia, MO

On October 28, 2022, at 12:24 PM, Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputies, assisted by a Missouri State Highway Patrol trooper, conducted an investigation in the 3000 block of Gold Road.  During the course of the investigation; Christopher Davidson, 51, of Columbia, MO was arrested reference a Missouri Department of Corrections (MDOC) felony warrant for state parole violations.  Davidson was booked/processed at the Callaway County Jail and later transferred to MDOC custody.

Harry Anderson, 58, Fulton, MO

On October 27, 2022, at 5:18 AM, Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputies - assisted by the Fulton Police Department and the MUSTANG drug task force - executed a Callaway County drug search warrant at a residence on Westminster Avenue, Fulton.  The search warrant had been obtained as the result of an ongoing Sheriff's Office drug investigation.  Methamphetamine was located.  Harry Anderson, 58, of Fulton, MO was arrested for Felony Delivery of a Controlled Substance.  Anderson remains in-custody at the Callaway County Jail without bond, per Court Order.

Dale Logue, 51, Holts Summit, MO

On October 26, 2022, as the result of a follow-up investigation concerning a felony stealing offense on South Summit Drive, Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputies arrested Dale Logue, 51, of Holts Summit, MO for Felony Stealing.  Logue was booked/processed at the Callaway County Jail and later released with summons for Court appearance.  The Jefferson City Police Department assisted with the investigation.

Lance Carter, 45, Fulton, MO

On October 22, 2022, at 9:54 AM, a Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputy was proactively patrolling Kingdom City.  During the proactive patrol, the deputy spotted a vehicle that had been stolen from Fulton.  The deputy subsequently stopped the vehicle and took the driver; Lance Carter, 45, of Fulton, MO into custody.  Carter was subsequently transferred to the Fulton Police Department and later booked/processed into the Callaway County Jail.  Carter was later transferred to MDOC custody for state parole violations.

Tori Vandelicht, 27, Silex, MO

On October 21, 2022, at 1:04 PM, a Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputy was proactively patrolling the County Road 134 and County Road 135 area.  During the proactive patrol, the deputy spotted a vehicle that had been stolen from Columbia.  Upon the arrival of assisting deputies, the vehicle was subsequently stopped.  Methamphetamine and other drug related items were located.  Tori Vandelicht, 27, of Silex, MO was arrested for Felony Tampering with a Motor Vehicle and Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance, booked/processed at the Callaway County Jail and later released upon bond post.  Brandon Seay, 18, of Fulton, MO was arrested for Tampering with a Motor Vehicle 2nd and a drug offense.  Seay was booked/processed at the Callaway County Jail and later released with summons for Court appearance.

William Swartz, 29, Fulton, MO

On October 20, 2022, at 7:33 PM, Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputies conducted an investigation in the area of State Road JJ.  During the course of the investigation; William Swartz, 29, of Fulton, MO fled from deputies on foot and was apprehended after a foot pursuit.  Swartz was booked/processed at the Callaway County Jail for Felony Resisting Arrest; in addition to Felony Assault and Felony Endangering the Welfare of a Child reference the initial investigation.  Swartz is being held without bond, per Court Order.

On October 18, 2022, at 6:02 AM, Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputies - assisted by the Fulton Police Department and the MUSTANG drug task force - executed a Callaway County drug search warrant at a residence on Vine Street, Fulton.  The search warrant had been obtained as the result of an ongoing Sheriff's Office drug investigation.  Methamphetamine was located.  William Burgress, 49, of Fulton, MO was arrested for Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance, booked/processed at the Callaway County Jail and later released with summons for Court appearance.  Victoria Smith, 24, of Fulton, MO was arrested for Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance, booked/processed at the Callaway County Jail and later released with summons for Court appearance.  Michael Kelley, 45, of Fulton, MO was arrested for Unlawful Use of Drug Paraphernalia (meth related), booked/processed at the Callaway County Jail and later released with summons for Court appearance.

Cory Dwyer, 44, Holts Summit, MO

On October 16, 2022, at 3:12 PM, a Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputy conducted an investigation in the area of County Road 361.  As a result, the deputy located Cory Dwyer, 44, of Holts Summit, MO.  Dwyer was wanted reference Grundy and Livingston county warrants for Felony Assault and Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance.  As the deputy attempted to arrest Dwyer, he provided extensive resistance and assaulted the deputy.  Dwyer was taken into custody, booked/processed at the Callaway County Jail for Felony Assault - Special Victim (law enforcement officer), Felony Resisting Arrest and the aforementioned warrants.  Dwyer is being held without bond, per Court Order.
