Devin Brown, 21, Auxvasse, MO

On November 23, 2022, at 9:36 PM, Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputies investigated a disturbance in the area of Old Highway 54 and County Road 1048.  During the investigation, deputies attempted to arrest Devin Brown, 21, of Auxvasse, MO who fled into a residence.  Brown was taken into custody and transported to the Callaway County Jail.  Brown was booked/processed for Felony Assault and Resisting Arrest.  Brown remains in-custody, without bond, per Court Order.

Kaitlyn Wolfe, 31, Fulton, MO

On November 23, 2022, at 9:56 AM, Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputies were proactively patrolling State Road JJ.  During the course of the patrol; Kaitlyn Wolfe, 31, of Fulton, MO was stopped for traffic violations.  Methamphetamine and another felony level controlled substance was located.  Wolfe was arrested for Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance, Felony Resisting Arrest and other misdemeanor offenses.  Wolfe was booked/processed at the Callaway County Jail and remains in-custody pending bond post.

Brent Gibson, 49, Fulton, MO

On November 23, 2022, at 12:28 AM, Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputies and Fulton Police Department officers conducted an investigation in the area of State Road F.  During the course of the investigation; Brent Gibson, 49, of Fulton, MO was found concealed in a storage shed.  Gibson was wanted reference a Missouri Department of Corrections (MDOC) parole violation warrant.  Gibson was forcibly taken into custody, booked/processed at the Callaway County Jail and later transferred to the custody of MDOC.

Travis Joles, 48, Montgomery City, MO

On November 19, 2022, at 2:39 PM, a Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputy was proactively patrolling the area of State Road B and State Road EE.  During the course of the patrol; the deputy attempted to stop Travis Joles, 48, of Montgomery City, MO for a traffic violation.  Joles fled, subsequently stopped his vehicle and attempted to elude on foot.  The deputy was able to apprehend Joles, whom was wanted for Audrain County warrants for Felony Burglary and Felony Stealing.  Joles was booked/processed at the Callaway County Jail and later transferred to the Audrain County Jail. 

Nancy Stith, 63, Kingdom City, MO

On November 17, 2022, at 12:18 AM, Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputies conducted an investigation in the County Road 220 area.  During the course of the investigation; deputies located Nancy Stith, 63, of Kingdom City, MO.  Stith was arrested reference a Callaway County warrant for Felony Stealing.  Stith was booked/processed at the Callaway County Jail and later posted bond.

Augusta Schneller, 33, Fulton, MO

On November 16, 2022, at 4:15 AM, Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputies conducted a follow-up investigation in the area of County Road 405.  Subsequently; Augusta Schneller, 33, of Fulton, MO was arrested reference a Callaway County warrant for Felony Abuse/Neglect of a Child.  The warrant had been issued as the result of an ongoing Sheriff's Office investigation.  Schneller was booked/processed at the Callaway County Jail and later posted bond. 

 

On November 15, 2022, at 7:02 PM, a Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputy was proactively patrolling the State Road F area in Fulton.  During the patrol, the deputy attempted to stop a vehicle reference an equipment violation.  Additionally, it was determined the vehicle was stolen.  A vehicle pursuit entailed, whereas the vehicle stopped near Westminster and the driver, a 13 year old juvenile, fled on foot.  After a foot pursuit through downtown Fulton, the juvenile was captured in the downtown Brick District.  The juvenile was transported to the Callaway County Sheriff's Office and later transferred to the custody of 13th Circuit Court juvenile authorities for detention.  As part of the continuing investigation, three other juveniles (2 - 13 year old and 1 - 15 year old) have since been detained and referred to the juvenile authorities for charges of vehicle tampering and resisting arrest.

Joseph Knox, 45, Columbia, MO

On November 12, 2022, at 1:14 AM, Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputies conducted an investigation in the area of County Road 211.  During the course of the investigation; deputies located Joseph Knox, 45, of Columbia, MO.  Knox was wanted reference Warren County warrants for Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance, Felony Resisting arrest and other offenses.  Knox was booked/processed at the Callaway County Jail and later transferred to the Warren County Jail.

Craig Tope, 46, Columbia, MO

On November 10, 2022, at 11:03 AM, Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputies conducted an investigation in the 3000 block of Gold Road.  During the course of the investigation, methamphetamine was discovered.  Craig Tope, 46, of Columbia, MO was arrested for Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance.  Additionally, Tope was arrested for stealing, reference a Fulton Police Department investigation.  Tope was booked/processed at the Callaway County Jail and later released with summons for Court appearance.

Tamera Clark, 61, Martinsburg, MO

On November 6, 2022, at 7:30 PM, a Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputy was proactively patrolling County Road 409.  During the patrol, the deputy came into contact with Tamera Clark, 61, of Martinsburg, MO.  Clark was found to possess methamphetamine.  Clark was arrested, booked/processed at the Callaway County Jail and later released with summons for Court appearance.

Kenneth Gage Marshall, 21, Fulton, MO

On November 6, 2022, at 9:24 AM, Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputies conducted an investigation in the area of State Road J.  During the course of the investigation; Kenneth Gage Marshall, 21, of Fulton, MO was arrested reference a Callaway County warrant; felony charges of Possession of Child Pornography, Nonconsensual Dissemination of Private Sex Images and Tampering with Evidence.  Additionally, Marshall was found to be in possession of a felony level controlled substance.  Marshall was booked/processed at the Callaway County Jail and later posted bond.
