REPEAT FELON AND STATE PAROLEE LEADS DEPUTIES ON 37 MINUTE PURSUIT SPANNING TWO COUNTIES

On December 2, 2022, at 6:39 PM, a Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputy was proactively patrolling the area of State Road BB and US Highway 54.  During the course of the proactive patrol, the deputy attempted to stop Daniel Foreman, 35, of Auxvasse, MO for a traffic violation. 

Foreman led the deputy, and other assisting law enforcement officers, on a 37-minute pursuit traveling numerous state and county roadways including, but not limited to: US Highway 54, CR 110, CR 121, CR 118, State Road Z, CR 154, CR 183, CR 1006 and State Road B.  Once entering Montgomery County on State Road B, where Montgomery County Sheriff's Office deputies were awaiting, Foreman drove off State Road B a considerable distance through a field before crashing his vehicle over an embankment.  Foreman fled from the vehicle on foot and was captured by a Callaway County deputy.

Upon Foreman being arrested, it was determined he was wanted reference felony Cole and Cooper County warrants for felony drug offenses.  Additionally, at the time of this incident, Foreman was under the supervision of the Missouri Board of Probation Parole.

Foreman was booked/processed at the Callaway County Jail and remains in-custody, without bond, per Court Order.

According to Missouri Case.net, the state Court's public access point, Foreman has the following felony convictions (with judge-imposed sentences):

  • Audrain County; felony property damage, sentenced to three (3) years Missouri Department of Corrections (MDOC) on September 29, 2008
  • Audrain County; felony drug offense, sentenced to 120 days MDOC on September 29, 2009
  • Miller County; felony traffic offense, sentenced to three (3) years MDOC on December 29, 2009
  • Montgomery County; felony drug offense, sentenced to three (3) years MDOC on March 3, 2010
  • Callaway County; felony vehicle tampering, sentence to seven (7) years MDOC on May 30, 2018
  • Callaway County; felony drug offense, sentenced to six (6) years MDOC on May 30, 2018
  • Gasconade County felony vehicular assault, sentenced to seven (7) years MDOC on July 20, 2018
