Terrell Hoffman, 52, Mexico, MO

On February 8, 2023, at 12:10 AM, a Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputy was proactively patrolling the State Road F area.  During the patrol, the deputy attempted to stop Terrell Hoffman, 52, of Mexico, MO for a traffic violation.  Hoffman fled from the deputy and a vehicle pursuit ensued.  Hoffman ultimately stopped on State Road HH and was taken into custody.  Methamphetamine was located.  Hoffman was arrested, booked/processed at the Callaway County Jail and remains in-custody pending bond post for charges including Felony Resisting Arrest and Felony Delivery of a Controlled Substance.  

Kevin Jones, 36, Fulton, MO

On February 7, 2023, at 8:59 AM, a Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputy was proactively patrolling the 5000 block of Jade Road.  During the patrol, the deputy stopped Kevin Jones, 36, of Fulton, MO.  Jones was wanted in Maries County, MO reference a no-bond warrant for Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance.  Jones was booked/processed at the Callaway County Jail and later transferred to the Maries County Jail. 

Damin Davis, 33, Auxvasse, MO

On February 6, 2023, at 2:44 PM, Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputies conducted an investigation in the area of State Road E.  During the course of the investigation; Damin Davis, 33, of Auxvasse, MO was arrested for Felony Property Damage.  Davis was booked/processed at the Callaway County Jail and later released upon bond post. 

Kirby Brown, 38, Fulton, MO

On February 4, 2023, at 8:42 AM, Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputies conducted an investigation in the 6000 block of State Road NN.   During the course of the investigation, deputies located and arrested Kirby Brown, 38, of Fulton, MO reference a Callaway County warrant for Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance.  Brown was booked/processed at the Callaway County Jail and remains in-custody pending bond post.

Richard Head, 49, Fulton, MO

On February 3, 2023, at 8:22 AM, Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputies conducted a follow-up investigation in the area of County Road 350.  As a result of the investigation; Richard Head, 49, of Fulton, MO was arrested for the felony offenses of Forgery, Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance (meth), Resisting Arrest and Stealing.  Head was booked/processed at the Callaway County Jail where he later posted pending Court appearance.  

 

On February 2, 2023, the Callaway County Sheriff's Office - North Callaway R-1 School District School Resource Officer (SRO) conducted an investigation at the North Callaway Middle School in Auxvasse.  Precisely; the investigation concerned a juvenile student making comments of concern and possibly possessing a firearm.  Upon the SRO contacting and detaining the student, a B.B. gun was located. A 14 year old juvenile was subsequently arrested, transported to the Sheriff's Office and released to the custody of the Callaway County Juvenile Office for disposition, reference charges of (felony) Terrorist Threat 2nd and Assault.. 

Aaron Emmendorfer, 38, Jefferson CIty, MO

On February 1, 2023, at 2:45 PM, Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputies conducted an investigation in the Tebbetts area.  As a result of the investigation, the Callaway County Prosecuting Attorney charges Aaron Emmendorfer, 38, of Jefferson City, MO with the offenses of Rape/Attempted Rape, Sodomy/Attempted Sodomy and Knowingly Burning.  Emmendorfer was booked/processed at the Callaway County Jail and remains in-custody, without bond, per later Court bond review.

Rolle Davis, 31, Fulton, MO

On January 28, 2023, at 1:47 PM, Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputies conducted an investigation in the area of County Road 350.  During the course of the investigation, Rolle Davis, 31, of Fulton, MO was arrested reference a Callaway County warrant for Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance and Felony Receiving Stolen Property.  Davis was booked/processed at the Callaway County Jail and later posted bond.

Galen Scott, 60, Auxvasse, MO

On January 27, 2023, at 3:25 PM, a Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputy was proactively patrolling the area of County Road 262 and County Road 261.  During the course of the patrol, the deputy attempted to stop Galen Scott, 60, of Auxvasse, MO for a traffic violation.  Scott fled from the deputy and a brief pursuit ensued, leading to Scott being taken into custody.  Methamphetamine was located.  Scott was booked/processed at the Callaway County Jail for Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance and Felony Resisting Arrest.  Scott later posted bond.

Robert Huber, 49, New Bloomfield, MO

On January 25, 2023, at 11:18 PM, Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputies conducted an investigation in the area of County Road 371.  During the course of the investigation, deputies located and arrested Robert Huber, 49, of New Bloomfield, MO.  Huber was wanted reference a Miller County felony warrant for vehicle theft.  Huber was booked/processed at the Callaway County Jail and later posted bond.

West Pomerlee, 21, Jennings, MO

On January 24, 2023, at 2:13 PM, Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputies conducted an investigation in the area of State Road NN.  During the course of the investigation, deputies located and arrested West Pomerlee, 21, of Jennings, MO.  Pomerlee was wanted reference a Cole County warrant for Felony Stealing.  Pomerlee was booked/processed at the Callaway County Jail and later transferred to the Cole County Jail.

Christy Barnes, 39, Kingdom City, MO

On January 20, 2023, at 9:58 AM, Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputies conducted an investigation in the 5000 block of Jade Road, Kingdom City.  During the course of the investigation, deputies located and arrested Christy Barnes, 39, of Kingdom City, MO reference Callaway County felony probation violation warrants.  Additionally, during the investigation, methamphetamine was recovered.  Barnes was booked/processed into the Callaway County Jail for the warrants, in addition to Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance and Felony Resisting Arrest.  Barnes later posted bond.

Bryton Ellis, 18, Fulton, MO

On January 18, 2023, at 7:17 PM, Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputies conducted an investigation in the area of County Road 202.  During the course of the investigation, a vehicle stolen from a Fulton business was located.  Bryton Ellis, 18, of Fulton, MO was arrested for Felony Tampering with a Vehicle 1st, in addition to other charges.  Ellis was booked/processed at the Callaway County Jail and remains in-custody pending bond post.

Robert Claypool, 60, New Bloomfield, MO

On January 13, 2023, at the result of an investigation in New Bloomfield, the Callaway County Sheriff's Office arrested Robert Claypool, 60, of New Bloomfield, MO for Felony Stealing.  Claypool was booked/processed at the Callaway County Jail and was later released with summons for Court appearance.

Mitchell Fox, 26, Holts Summit, MO

On January 13, 2023, at 3:01 PM, Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputies conducted an investigation in Holts Summit.  During the course of the investigation, Mitchell Fox, 26, of Holts Summit, MO was arrested reference a Gasconade County felony warrant for Child Molestation 3rd.  Additionally, Fox was arrested for local charges of Felony Victim/Witness Tampering.  Fox was booked/processed at the Callaway County Jail and remains in-custody, without bond, pending later Court bond review.
