Wanda Sublette, 49, Fulton, MO

On March 8, 2023, at 6:49 PM, a Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputy conducted an investigation in the area of State Road Z and State Road JJ.  Wanda Sublette, 49, of Fulton, MO was arrested reference a Callaway County warrant - Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance.  Sublette was booked/processed at the Callaway County Jail and later posted bond.

David Burnham, 65, Rhineland, MO

On March 7, 2023, at 1:57 PM, Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputies conducted an investigation in the State Road D area.  David Burnham, 68, of Rhineland, MO was arrested reference Harris County, Texas felony warrants for drug violations.  Burnham was booked/processed at the Callaway County Jail and later released per Texas authorities. 

Stacy Moore, 51, Auxvasse, MO

On March 2, 2023, at 5:43 PM, Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputies conducted an investigation in the State Road UU area.  Stacy Moore, 51, of Auxvasse, MO was arrested for a Callaway County warrant -- Felony Delivery of a Controlled Substance.  Moore was booked/processed at the Callaway County Jail and later posted bond.

Linda Foster, 37, Portland, MO

On March 1, 2023, at 5:18 PM, Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputies conducted an investigation in the State Road F area.  Linda Foster, 37, of Portland, MO was arrested for a Callaway County warrant - Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance and Tampering with a Victim.  Foster was booked/processed at the Callaway County Jail and later posted bond.

David Hindren, 25, Columbia, MO

On March 1, 2023, at 11:53 AM, Callaway County Sheriff's Office conducted an investigation in the area of US Highway 54 and Interstate 70.  During the investigation, methamphetamine was seized.  David Hendren, 25, of Columbia, MO was arrested for Felony Delivery of a Controlled Substance.  Hendren was booked/processed at the Callaway County Jail and later posted bond.

Anastasia Ellis, 21, Fulton, MO

On February 28, 2023, at 11:05 AM, a Callaway County Sheriff's Office conducted a follow-up investigation concerning an offense in the County Road 308 area.  Anastasia Ellis, 21, of Fulton, MO was arrested for Felony Stealing and Felony Exploitation of an Elderly/Disabled Person.  Ellis was booked/processed at the Callaway County Jail and later posted bond.

Janet Veltrop, 39, Holts Summit, MO

On February 28, 2023, at 10:09 AM, a Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputy was proactively patrolling State Highway 94 near US Highway 54.  During the course of the patrol, Janet Veltrop was stopped for a traffic violation.  Felony based controlled substances were located.  Veltrop was arrested for Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance, booked/processed at the Callaway County Jail and released with summons for Court appearance.

Jessica Graul, 41, Florissant, MO

On February 28, 2023, at 6:20 AM, Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputies - assisted by the Fulton Police Department and MUSTANG drug task force - executed a Callaway County drug search warrant in the 800 block of Vine Street.  The drug warrant had been obtained as the result of an ongoing Sheriff's Office investigation.  Methamphetamine and other felony based controlled substances were located.  Thomas Todd, 39, of Kingdom City, MO was arrested for Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance and remains in-custody at the Callaway County Jail pending bond post.  William Burgess, 49, of Fulton, MO was arrested for Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance, in addition to Callaway County felony warrants for probation violation.  Burgess remains in-custody at the Callaway County Jail.  Jessica Graul, 41, of Florissant, MO was arrested for Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance, booked/processed at the Callaway County Jail, and later posted bond.

Emily Tabaka, 25, Auxvasse, MO

On February 27, 2023, at 11:39 AM, Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputies conducted an investigation in the State Road E area.  Subsequently; Emily Tabaka, 25, of Auxvasse, MO was arrested for Felony Receiving Stolen Property and Resisting Arrest.  Tabaka was too wanted reference felony Boone and Audrain County warrants for Forgery and Domestic Assault.  Tabaka was booked/processed at the Callaway County Jail and remains in-custody pending bond post.

William Norris, 27, Cincinnati, OH

On February 27, 2023, at 9:35 AM, Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputies conduced an investigation in the area of Interstate 70 and State Road D/YY (Williamsburg).  During the course of the investigation, a stolen vehicle was located and recovered.  William Norris, 27, of Cincinnati, OH was arrested for Felony Tampering with a Motor Vehicle 1st.  Norris was booked/processed at the Callaway County Jail and remains in-custody pending bond post.

Dewayne Washburn, 45, Fulton, MO

On February 26, 2023, at 5:00 PM, Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputies conducted an investigation in the County Road 433 area.  Dewayne Washburn, 45, of Fulton, MO was arrested for (felony) Unlawful Use of a Weapon and Felony Assault.  Washburn was booked/processed at the Callaway County Jail and remains in-custody without bond, per Court Order, pending later bond assessment. 

Andrew Chatraw, 31, Fulton, MO

On February 24, 2023, at 1:22 PM, Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputies conduced an investigation in the State Road O area.  Andrew Chatraw, 31, of Fulton, MO was arrested reference a Callaway County warrant, reference Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance.  Chatraw was booked/processed at the Callaway County Jail and later posted bond.

Mark Strahl, 37, Fulton, MO

On February 23, 2023, at 7:00 PM, a Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputy was proactively patrolling State Road C.  During the patrol, the deputy spotted a vehicle, reference a Fulton burglary investigation.  The deputy attempted to stop the vehicle and the driver, Mark Strahl, 37, of Fulton, MO led deputies on a lengthy vehicle pursuit encompassing State Road C and several area county roadways.  Strahl was ultimately captured along County Road 405 and taken into custody.  Strahl was booked/processed into the Callaway County Jail for Felony Resisting Arrest, in addition to Fulton Police Department charges.  Strahl later posted bond.

Patricia Bell, 59, Kingdom City, MO

On February 23, 2023, at 4:59 PM, a Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputy was proactively patrolling the Kingdom City area.  During the patrol, the deputy located and arrested Patricia Bell, 59, of Kingdom City reference a  Callaway County warrant for Felony Stealing.  Bell was found to be in possessed of Fentanyl, a controlled substance.  Bell was booked/processed at the Callaway County Jail for the warrant, in addition to Felony Trafficking Drugs and Felony Delivery of a Controlled Substance into a County Jail.  Bell later posted bond.

Douglas Cole, 42, Fulton, MO

On February 23, 2023, at 4:04 PM, a Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputy was proactively patrolling State Road F.  During the patrol, the deputy stopped Douglas Cole, 42, of Fulton, MO for a traffic violation.  Ultimately, methamphetamine and cocaine were discovered.  Cole was arrested for Felony Trafficking Drugs, Felony Delivery of a Controlled Substance, and Delivery of a Controlled Substance into a County Jail.  Cole was later returned to the custody of the Missouri Department of Corrections for state parole violations.

Roderick Chapman, 59, Memphis, TN

On February 18, 2023, at 8:23 PM, Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputies conducted an investigation along Interstate 70 and the North Outer Road (Old Highway 40) east of Williamsburg.  As a result of the investigation --  involving a string of fires -- Roderick Chapman, 59, of Memphis, TN was arrested for Felony Knowingly Burning/Exploding.  Additionally, a stolen vehicle was found in the area, stolen from Memphis, TN.  Chapman was too arrested for Felony Tampering with a Motor Vehicle 1st.  Chapman was booked/processed at the Callaway County Jail and remains in-custody pending bond post.
