Keith Buschman, 44, Holts Summit, MO

On September 15, 2023, at approximately 4:40 PM, Callaway County Deputies investigated a domestic disturbance in the 1200 block of S. Summit Drive outside of Holts Summit. During this investigation, deputies arrested Keith Buschman on two counts of Domestic Assault 4th, Domestic Assault 3rd (Felony), and two counts of Kidnapping. Buschman later posted a $25,000 bond.

Cieara Ponder, 32, Jefferson City, MO

On September 16, 2023, at approximately 1:38 PM, a Callaway County Deputy was patrolling the area of the 4200 block of Old US Highway 40 west of Kingdom City. While on patrol, the deputy encountered Cieara Ponder along with four juvenile children in an abandoned business parking lot. During the investigation of trespassing, Ponder was found to be in possession of cocaine-related drug paraphernalia and was subsequently arrested. Additionally, Ponder was charged with four counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child (Felony) and was transported to the Callaway County Jail.

Richard Atterberry, 38, Portland, MO

On September 17, 2023, at approximately 4:48 PM, Callaway County Deputies arrived in the 4700 block of County Road 135 to locate Richard Atterberry. A prior Callaway County felony warrant had been issued for Atterberry on charges of Domestic Assault 3rd (Felony), and bond had been declined by the judge.  Deputies successfully located Atterberry, and he was taken into custody without incident. Subsequently, he was transferred to the Callaway County Jail.

Blake Mason, 18, Mexico, MO

On September 23, 2023 at approximately 10:15 PM a deputy was patrolling North Main Street in Auxvasse. While patrolling, the deputy was behind a passenger car which suddenly accelerated rapidly away from the deputy who at the time had no reason to stop the vehicle.  The deputy pursued the vehicle for speeding and shortly afterwards the vehicle wrecked near Old Highway 54 and County Road 176. Deputies identified the driver as 18 year old Blake Mason and three juveniles were inside the vehicle during the crash but were not injured. Mason was arrested on charges of DWI, Resisting Arrest (Felony), exceeding the posted speed limit (26+ MPH), and endangering the welfare of a child. He was subsequently released to the Callaway County Jail and later posted a bond of $5000.

Alexis Fenton, 28, Columbia, MO

On September 25, 2023, at approximately 2:49 AM, a Callaway County Deputy stopped a passenger car on State Road F near Fulton due to lane violations and observed that the vehicle was missing a front tire.  During the investigation, deputies engaged with the driver, identified as Alexis Fenton. As a result of the investigation, Fenton was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated, and a subsequent search of the vehicle revealed methamphetamine and a second controlled substance (pills). Fenton was then taken into custody and released to the Callaway County Jail, facing charges of DWI Drugs, Possession of a Controlled Substance (2 counts), Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and related traffic offenses.

Davron Hasanov, 23, St Peters, MO

On September 27, 2023, at approximately 11:28 PM, a Callaway County Deputy attempted to stop an unlicensed Honda motorcycle on US Highway 54 near County Road 220. The motorcycle's driver, identified as Davron Hasanov, fled at a high rate of speed before crashing near State Road HH and US Highway 54.  Hasanov sustained injuries in the crash and was subsequently transported to the hospital for medical treatment. A warrant request for Hasanov's arrest will be submitted to the Prosecutor's Office for felony offenses of Resisting Arrest.

Carter Patten, 21, Fulton, MO

On September 28, 2023 at approximately 12:20 PM multiple Callaway County Deputes and Missouri State Highway Patrol Troopers responded to the area of the 6500 block of County Road 305 for a reported disturbance involving firearms with "people screaming". During the investigation it was determined that the caller, Carter Patten, had made up reported disturbance and thus made a false report which generated a large police response.  Upon investigation, it was determined that the caller, Carter Patten, had fabricated the reported disturbance, leading to an unnecessary and substantial police response.  Patten was subsequently arrested for Filing a False Report and transported to the Callaway County Jail, where he was released pending a court date.

Robert Whitezell, 40, Moberly, MO

On September 29, 2023, at approximately 3:31 PM, Callaway County Deputies arrived in the 10000 block of County Road 445 in Mokane to locate Robert Whitezell. A Randolph County warrant had been issued for Whitezell's Failure to Register as a Sex Offender. Deputies successfully located Whitezell, and he was arrested without incident. He was subsequently released to the Callaway County Jail on a $2,500 bond.

Kevin Crews, 55, Prairie Home, MO

On September 30, 2023 at approximately 1:12 AM a Callaway County Deputy conducted a traffic stop on Hospital Drive in Fulton for an equipment violation. During the traffic stop the driver was identified as Kevin Crews who was found to have a suspended drivers license. Crews failed to exit the vehicle after repeated requests and further resisted when the deputy removed him from the vehicle. Crews was transported to the Callaway County Jail where he was released to the Jail staff pending a bond of $1000.

Adam Horrell, 50, Fulton, MO

On October 1, 2023, at approximately 3:30 PM, Callaway County Deputies were investigating a disturbance in the 8500 block of State Road C near Hams Prairie. During the investigation, deputies encountered Adam Horrell. A computer check revealed an outstanding warrant for Horrell issued by Vernon County, Nevada, related to a stealing offense. Horrell was taken into custody and released to the Callaway County Jail, awaiting extradition back to Nevada.

Michael Holleman, 38, Fulton, MO

On October 2, 2023, at approximately 5:35 PM, Callaway County Deputies responded to a 911 call from the Green Meadows trailer court. During the investigation, deputies discovered methamphetamine and methamphetamine-related paraphernalia inside a residence. Michael Holleman was subsequently arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Holleman was released to the Callaway County Jail.

Dustin Burget, 40, Fulton, MO

On October 3, 2023, at approximately 11:30 PM, Callaway County Deputies were conducting an investigation regarding a disturbance in the 3500 block of State Road KK. During the investigation, deputies encountered Dustin Burget, who had an Osage County warrant for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Unlawful use of a Weapon, as well as a Miller County warrant for a traffic-related offense. The total bond for these warrants amounted to $17,000, with $15,000 being cash-only. Burget was taken into custody without incident and subsequently released to the Callaway County Jail.

Jeffrey Strickland, 48, Fulton, MO

On September 3, 2023, Callaway County Deputies conducted an investigation into a report of a stolen vehicle and other items taken from a residence in the county.  On September 6, 2023 deputies recovered the stolen vehicle.  On October 5, 2023, after searching for the suspect for nearly a month, deputies located Jeffrey Strickland and arrested him for Tampering with a Motor Vehicle 1st. Strickland later posted a bond of $25,000.

Solomon Slevkoff, 23, Millington, TN

On October 5, 2023, at approximately 1:00 AM, a Callaway County Deputy was patrolling the area of Amerihost Inn and Suites in Fulton. While on patrol, the deputy encountered Solomon Slevkoff, who had drug paraphernalia and a pistol in plain view. Subsequently, during a search incident to Slevkoff's arrest, cocaine and two additional controlled substances (pills) were discovered. Slevkoff later posted a bond of $15,000.

On October 7, 2023, at approximately 3:51 PM, a Callaway County deputy was patrolling US Highway 54 near Auxvasse. While on US Highway 54, the deputy attempted to stop two motorcycles for speeding.  Deputies, with assistance from the Auxvasse Police Department, pursued the vehicles on US Highway 54, leading to a chase onto I-70 and into Boone County. In Boone County, one of the motorcycles, operated by Liam Austin, came to a stop, and Austin was arrested on felony charges of resisting arrest.  The second motorcycle, later identified as being driven by Aidan Timbrook, fled the scene when deputies were arresting Austin. Timbrook was located in the lobby of the Sheriff's Office later that day when he attempted to bond out Austin. Timbrook was also arrested for resisting arrest and other charges.  Both Austin and Timbrook later posted a $10,000 bond each.

Eric Hollowell, 53, Mokane, MO

On October 7, 2023, at approximately 11:00 AM, Callaway County Deputies were investigating a disturbance at the Green Meadows Trailer Park. During the course of the investigation, deputies encountered Eric Hollowell, who resisted detention by the deputies. In addition, deputies observed a stripped motorcycle, which was determined to be the same motorcycle reported to the Fulton Police Department on September 24, 2023.  Hollowell claimed to have a medical emergency and was subsequently transported by ambulance. A warrant request for his arrest is currently pending.

Trevor Buckhalter, 48, Fulton, MO

On October 8, 2023, at approximately 10:49 PM, Callaway County Deputies were investigating a stealing offense at a Kingdom City business. During the course of this investigation, deputies encountered Trevor Buckhalter, who was found to have a Winnebago County, Illinois, warrant for Forgery. Buckhalter was subsequently arrested for stealing and is being held with NO BOND pending extradition to Winnebago County, Illinois.

Roy Drinkard, 48, Holts Summit, MO

On October 10, 2023, at approximately 9:20 PM, a Callaway County Deputy stopped a passenger vehicle for an equipment violation at a business in the 100 block of West Simon in Holts Summit. The driver, identified as Roy Drinkard, was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia and approximately 1.65 grams of methamphetamine in his pocket. Drinkard later posted a bond of $5,500.

Garrison Roddy, 59, New Bloomfield, MO

On October 10, 2023, at approximately 2:50 PM, Callaway County Deputies arrived in the 7800 block of County Road 337 to locate Garrison Roddy. A warrant had previously been issued for Misappropriation of Funds of Elderly Nursing Home Residents, with a bond set at $500 cash only. Deputies successfully located Roddy, and he was arrested without incident. He later posted the required cash bond.

Ethan Miller, 30, Fulton, MO

On October 12, 2023, Callaway County deputies investigated a reported domestic assault. During the investigation, deputies located Ethan Miller, who resisted their attempt to arrest him.  Miller was taken into custody on multiple charges, including Domestic Assault 2nd (Felony), two counts of Domestic Assault 3rd (Felony), Unlawful use of a Weapon (Felony), Resisting Arrest (Felony), and Kidnapping 3rd. A judge denied bond for Miller, and he remains in custody.
