On December 17, 2021, at 12:48 PM, a Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputy was proactively patrolling the State Road OO area.  During the course of the patrol; Todd Reed, 53, of Hermann, MO was stopped for a traffic violation.  Methamphetamine was subsequently located.  Reed was arrested, booked/processed at the Callaway County Jail for Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance, and later released with summons for Court appearance.

On December 17, 2021, at 10:43 AM, Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputies arrested William Smith, 23, of Fulton, MO for Felony Delivery of a Controlled Substance.  The arrest was the result of an ongoing Sheriff's Office drug investigation in the Fulton area that was initiated in November, 2021.  As noted further in this media release, Smith is being held without bond at the Callaway County Jail without bond, per Judge's Order.

On December 16, 2021, at 6:00 AM, Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputies - assisted by the Fulton Police Department and the MUSTANG drug task force - executed a Callaway County drug search warrant in the 3000 block of Hilltop Drive.  The warrant had been obtained as the result of an ongoing Sheriff's Office drug investigation. Methamphetamine and other drug related items were located.  Rebecca Quick, 47, of Fulton, MO was booked/processed into the Callaway County Jail for Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance and later posted bond.

On December 13, 2021, at 9:05 PM, a Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputy was proactively patrolling the Millersburg area. During the course of the patrol, the deputy spotted a wanted vehicle entering Callaway County on eastbound Interstate 70 (137 mile marker).  The vehicle had earlier fled from the Missouri State Highway Patrol in Boone County.  The deputy attempted to stop the vehicle, however, the driver, Kylain Duncan, 19, of Florissant led Callaway County deputies on a high speed vehicle pursuit.  East of Kingdom City, a Missouri State Highway Patrol trooper successfully deployed tire deflation devices which Duncan struck.  Duncan came to a stop near the 150 mile marker and was taken into custody.  Felony level controlled substances and a firearm were located.  Duncan was booked/processed at the Callaway County Jail for Felony Resisting, Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance, and traffic offenses.  Duncan later posted bond.

On December 13, 2021, at 6:46 PM, Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputies investigated a disturbance involving weapons in the Green Meadows trailer park.  As a result of the investigation, Ryon Dickens, 37, of Fulton, MO was arrested for felony offenses of Armed Criminal Action, Assault, and Burglary.  Dickens was booked/processed at the Callaway County Jail and later transferred to the custody of the Missouri Department of Corrections (MDOC) for state parole violations.

On December 13, 2021, at 4:22 PM, as the result of a follow-up criminal investigation, Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputies arrested Gary Moore, 36, of Portland, MO for (felony) Burglary and Felony Stealing.  The arrest is reference an ongoing burglary investigation being conducted in the 7000 block of Old Highway 54.  Moore is being held in the Callaway County Jail without bond, per Judge's Order.

On December 13, 2021, at 1:49 PM, a Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputy was proactively patrolling the 3000 block of Gold Road.  During the course of the patrol, the deputy stopped Joshua Byrd, 32, of Fulton, MO for a traffic violation.  Methamphetamine and other felony level controlled substances were located.  Byrd was arrested for Felony Delivery of a Controlled Substance, booked/processed at the Callaway County Jail, and later posted bond.

On December 13, 2021, at 11:15 AM, Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputies arrested David Harlan, 39, of Jonesburg, MO for Felony Child Molestation and Felony Victim/Witness Tampering.  The charges are the result of an ongoing Sheriff's Office investigation in the Mokane area.  Harlan was booked/processed at the Callaway County Jail and remains in-custody pending bond post.

On December 11, 2021, at 10:48 PM, a Callaway County Sheriff's Office was proactively patrolling the US Highway 54 - Interstate 70 interchange in Kingdom City.  During the course of the patrol, the deputy stopped Linda Teson, 34, of Troy, MO reference a traffic violation.  Methamphetamine was subsequently discovered.  Teson was arrested for Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance, booked/processed at the Callaway County Jail, and later released with summons for Court appearance.

On December 10, 2021, at 7:18 PM, Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputies responded to a disturbance involving a firearm in the State Road E area.  As a result of the investigation; Kaiylee Bixler, 21, of Macon, MO was arrested for (felony) Armed Criminal Action and Felony Assault. Bixler was booked/processed at the Callaway County Jail and later posted bond.

On December 10, 2021, at 5:58 AM, Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputies - assisted by the Fulton Police Department and the MUSTANG drug task force - executed a Callaway County drug search warrant in the 1100 block of Cotes San Dessein Road in Fulton.  The warrant had been obtained as the result of an ongoing Sheriff's Office drug investigation. Methamphetamine and other drug related items were located.  Randell Haymart, 49, of Fulton, MO was booked/processed into the Callaway County Jail for Felony Delivery of a Controlled Substance.  Haymart was subsequently returned to the Missouri Department of Corrections for state parole violations.

On December 9, 2021, at 5:53 PM, a Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputy conducted a criminal investigation in the State Road WW area.  During the course of the investigation, stolen property and methamphetamine were located.  Lauren Conatser, 27, of Fulton, MO was arrested for Felony Stealing and Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance.  Conatser was booked/processed at the Callaway County Jail and later released with summons for Court appearance.

On December 9, 2021, at 12:39 PM, Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputies were proactively patrolling the County Road 240 area.  During the course of the patrol, deputies stopped Barry Forsee, 50, of Centralia, MO for a traffic violation.  Sheriff's Office K9 Krieger responded to assist, resulting in the seizure of methamphetamine and a weapon.  Forsee was arrested for Felony Unlawful Use of a Weapon (while possessing a felony controlled substance) and booked/processed at the Callaway County Jail.  Forsee was later released with summons for Court appearance.

On December 9, 2021, at 12:12 PM, Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputies - in conjunction with the MUSTANG drug task force  and United States Drug Enforcement Agency - conducted an investigation in the 1700 block of North Business 54, Fulton.  During the course of the investigation, a substantial amount of methamphetamine and other felony level controlled substances were located.  Christopher Breaux, 37, of Mexico, MO was arrested and later transferred to the custody of federal authorities.  Coreen Cramer Von Clausbruch, 32, of Auxvasse, MO was arrested for Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance, in addition to several Boone County felony warrants.  She remains in-custody at the Callaway County Jail pending bond post.

On December 8, 2021, at 12:25 PM, Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputies arrested Thomas Schneider, 43, of Fulton, MO and Katie Schneider, 54, of Fulton, MO for animal abuse related offenses.  The arrests were the result of a criminal animal abuse investigation conducted by Sheriff's Office deputies in the County Road 204 area.  As the result of a search warrant execution, both malnourished and deceased dogs were located.  The Schneider's were booked/processed at the Callaway County and later released with summons for Court appearance. The City of Fulton - Grabb Animal Shelter assisted with the investigation.

On December 8, 2021, at 3:01 AM, a Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputy was proactively patrolling the State Road E - State Road DD area.  During the patrol, the deputy spotted William Young, 50, of Auxvasse, MO operating a vehicle. Young, a registered sex offender, was being sought by deputies for failing to comply with the requirements of sex offender registration laws.  Young was stopped, arrested, and booked/processed at the Callaway County Jail for (felony) Fail to Register as a Sex Offender.  Young was later released with summons for Court appearance.

On December 5, 2021, at 8:33 PM, Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputies responded to a disturbance involving a firearm in the 6000 block of State Road J.  During the course of the investigation, the suspect, Christopher Cockrum, 41, of Fulton, MO, whom was armed, refused to exit the residence.  The Callaway County Sheriff's Office Special Response Team (SRT) was activated and responded.  After an approximate three hour stand-off, SRT entered the residence and located Cockrum hiding within.  Cockrum was transported to the Callaway County Jail and booked/processed for Felony Assault, Felony Unlawful Possession of a Firearm, and Felony Unlawful Use of a Weapon.  Cockrum remains in-custody without bond, per Judge's Order.

On December 5, 2021, at 9:45 AM, Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputies responded to a disturbance in the area of South Summit Drive and Cedar Lane.  During the course of the investigation, deputies located and arrested Danna Peters, 37, of Holts Summit reference a Missouri Department of Corrections (MDOC) state parole violation warrant.  Additionally, Peters was wanted reference felony Callaway County and Boone County warrants.  Peters was transported to the Callaway County Jail and later returned to the custody of MDOC.

On December 4, 2021, at 11:11 PM, Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputies responded to a disturbance with shots fired in the County Road 2002 area.  Upon the arrival of deputies, one victim was found to have minor injury as the result of a firearm discharge.  Deputies subsequently located and arrested Joshua Haubner, 20, of Auxvasse for Felony Assault (two counts) and Armed Criminal Action.  Haubner remains in-custody at the Callaway County Jail without bond, per Judge's Order.

On December 3, 2021, at 12:39 AM, Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputies conducted an investigation in the area of Old Highway 54 near New Bloomfield.  During the course of the investigation, methamphetamine was discovered. Gena Patterson, 45, of New Bloomfield was arrested and booked/processed at the Callaway County Jail for Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance.  Patterson was later released with summons for Court appearance.

On November 30, 2021, at 9:03 AM, a Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputy was proactively patrolling the Hilltop Drive area.  During the course of the patrol, the deputy stopped Caroline Elliott, 42, of Fulton, MO for a traffic violation.  Elliott was subsequently arrested for a Missouri Department of Corrections (MDOC) state parole warrant. Elliott was transported to the Callaway County Jail and later returned to the custody of MDOC.

On November 29, 2021, at 6:30 PM, Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputies arrested Michael Test, 56, of Mexico, MO for the felony offenses of Statutory Rape and Statutory Sodomy.  The charges were the result of an ongoing child sexual abuse investigation being conducted by deputies in the Fulton area.  Test was booked/processed at the Callaway County Jail and remains in-custody without bond, per Judge's Order.

On November 29, 2021, at 10:00 AM, Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputies arrested Daniel Infield, 31, of Fulton, MO for the felony offenses of Stealing and Forgery.  The charges were the result of an ongoing fraud investigation being conducted by deputies in the Fulton area.  Infield remains in-custody at the Callaway County Jail pending bond post.

On November 28, 2021, at 7:44 PM, Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputies conducted an investigation in the area of South Summit Drive.  Subsequently, James Tibbs, 57, of Holts Summit, MO was arrested reference a Newton County warrant for Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance and Felony Tampering with Evidence. Tibbs was booked/processed at the Callaway County Jail and later transferred to the Newton County Jail.

On November 27, 2021, at 9:44 PM, Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputies conducted an investigation in the area of Old Highway 40 in Kingdom City.  During the course of the investigation, deputies arrested Larry Dotson, 59, of Kingdom City, MO reference a United States federal warrant for drug and weapon violations.  Dotson was booked/processed at the Callaway County Jail, later transferred to the custody of federal authorities, and has since been released pending Court appearance.

On November 26, 2021, at 10:55 PM, a Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputy was proactively patrolling the State Road E - Old Highway 54 area. During the course of the patrol, the deputy stopped a vehicle reference a traffic violation. A felony level controlled substance was located.  Chastity Suarez, 23, of Muscatine, IA was arrested for Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance, booked/processed at the Callaway County Jail, and later released with summons for Court appearance. 

On November 26, 2021, at 5:02 PM, Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputies investigated a disturbance involving a firearm in the area of County Road 185.  As the result of the investigation; Bailey Buylar, 26, of Mexico, MO was arrested for Felony Unlawful Use of a Weapon and Resisting Arrest.  Buylar was booked/processed at the Callaway County Jail and later posted bond.

On November 24, 2021, at 12:24 AM, Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputies responded to a disturbance in the State Road NN area. During the course of the investigation, methamphetamine was discovered.  William Smith, 23, of Fulton, MO was arrested for Felony Assault and Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance.  Smith remains in-custody at the Callaway County jail without bond, per Judge's Order.

On November 23, 2021, at 10:36 AM, Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputies assisted the Boone County Sheriff's Office Cyber Crimes Task Force (BCSO CCTF) with an investigation in the Fulton area.  During the course of the investigation, Callaway County deputies located and stopped Jesse Thomas, 23, of Fulton, MO along South Business 54.  Thomas was ultimately arrested and booked/processed at the Callaway County Jail for felony charges of Possession of Child Pornography (as a direct result of the BCSO CCTF investigation).  Thomas remains in-custody without bond, per Judge's Order.
