Damage to Jail Property

Pursuant to 221.353, RSMo, damage to jail property or a jail building in a Class E Felony in the State of Missouri. The Callaway County Jail has zero tolerance for such criminal acts. Any inmate that purposefully damages jail property or the jail building will be referred to the Callaway County Prosecuting Attorney for an additional felony charge.
