The Callaway County Sheriff's Office record custodian, pursuant to Chapter 610, RSMo, is Administrative Sergeant Bobbie Rice.

To request records from the Callaway County Sheriff's Office, you may call 573-592-2455, complete the form below, or come to the Sheriff's Office Monday - Friday, between 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.  Most requests can be fulfilled within a short time, but if numerous records are requested, there could be a waiting period.

Defendants will be provided with disclosure of all relevant evidence from the Callaway County Prosecuting Attorney's Office.

The Callaway County Sheriff's Office adheres to the Missouri Open Records (Sunshine Law).  Pursuant to Chapter 610, RSMo, fees may be assessed prior to the records request being fulfilled.
